Apartment 1F

Design Intent
This apartment is designed as a sequence of moods rather than a uniform space. Each room carries its own identity yet remains visually and emotionally connected through a consistent material language.
The bedroom embraces warmth and intimacy through earthy tones, soft textures, and a sculpted ceiling that introduces movement and softness. The backdrop becomes more than a wall, it acts as a canvas, bringing in subtle artistry and depth.
In contrast, the living and bar area shifts into a richer, more social atmosphere. Deep green cabinetry, warm lighting, and reflective surfaces create a sense of indulgence while maintaining balance through controlled detailing. The space feels layered, not heavy, inviting interaction without overwhelming the senses.
The kitchen continues this language with precision. Clean lines, muted green tones, and marble surfaces create a refined yet approachable environment. Lighting is used strategically to highlight textures and maintain visual continuity with the adjoining spaces.
A secondary bedroom introduces a calmer, more composed palette. The interplay of soft blue tones, warm wood textures, and curved forms creates a restful environment, subtly differentiated from the rest of the home while still belonging to the same design narrative.
Across the apartment, transitions are carefully handled, through changes in colour, ceiling design, and lighting, ensuring that each space feels intentional, yet connected.
The result is a home that adapts to different moments of living, balancing warmth, elegance, and functionality through a cohesive design language.
